International Water Projects form new Joint Venture with CBM Sustainability Group
Dave Hodgson, MFAA, Director & Chairman – Dave is the Founder and Managing Director of the Paladin Group and is a Financial Engineer specialising in designing and managing boutique investment products for wholesale and retail clients in Australia and around the world. He maintains accreditations with scores of financial institutions in Australia and the USA, holds an Australian Credit Licence, and is a Full Member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia. In 2004 David assembled a suite of property development trusts growing to over $50 million. By 2006 the Paladin Group consisted of 2 public companies and 21 private companies and trusts with over $100 million of business acquisitions and property development. Having developed the sophisticated investment products for which Paladin has become well known Dave brings many years of corporate governance and financial engineering to IWP.
Timothy Ashton, Director & International Manager – Tim has spent many years in management, manufacturing, marketing, finance and sales. Over recent years he has managed a number of large land development projects. He has extensive experience in cross border trade. He brings a fresh approach to the management role and an emphasis on building successful business relationships. Timothy has interests in countries such as India, Africa, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines and China. He has a strong personal knowledge of the Pacific.
Scott Paterson, BEng, GradDipManStud, DipFP, Director and Project Engineer – Scott combines 25 years of engineering and project management experience with a wide range of technologies from electronics and avionics to IT, renewable energy, hydro power schemes, and water and waste water treatment. These experiences were gained in the Royal Australian Air Force, Gold Coast City Council, Mining and private commerce, included managing complex technical projects costing more than a $billion involving several multinational contractors.He has lived and worked in North America and done business in Israel and Europe.
Scott also has 6 years experience building a mortgage broking and financial planning business. He is experienced in business, engineering design and project management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI).
John Dingemanse, FAIB FAICD, IWP Board Advisor – John is an entrepreneur who has founded and operated numerous businesses in a range of industry sector including Property, Professional Services, Construction and Engineering,Telecommunications, Water Management and Resources.
As a Project Manager and Architect by training he has designed and managed many notable development projects throughout Australia, each of which demonstrate striking aesthetic, ecologically sustainable design (ESD) as well as delivering significant social benefit.
John is highly regarded for his creative strength and passion for innovation and, as both a business and social entrepreneur; he has received national acclaim for his achievements; while his company’s projects have received numerous awards for innovation and sustainability. John’s vision is to see leaders in business, church and government work together strategically towards social improvement in both Australia and in developing nations.
He has been successful in using his expertise and corporate profile to lead and influence positive change in business, government and Church, thereby seeing communities improve and benefit as a result of well-considered sustainable development coupled with a strong emphasis on social responsibility and free enterprise.
